What is collected
Essential browser storage keeps your theme, language and privacy choice on your own device.
If you accept anonymous analytics, PostHog Cloud EU may receive page views, navigation paths, interactions, referrer and campaign parameters, approximate region, browser, operating system, device characteristics and performance signals.
If you separately enable experience replay, PostHog reconstructs masked page interactions so usability problems can be diagnosed. This is not a camera or microphone recording.
What is deliberately not collected
The site does not ask you to create an account and does not attempt to discover your real-world identity.
Form values, email addresses typed into fields, passwords and sensitive text are not intended to be recorded. Input fields are masked for experience replay.
Analytics is not used to build advertising profiles or follow you across unrelated websites.
Why the data is used
Analytics helps identify which Projects and Notes are useful, where navigation becomes confusing, whether a page performs well and whether important links work.
Aggregated findings may guide accessibility, performance, content and interface improvements.
Your choices
Optional analytics is disabled until you make a choice. You can reject it, enable analytics without replay or enable both.
You can reopen Analytics preferences from the footer or the custom context menu and change your choice at any time.
Browser privacy tools, content blockers and storage controls may prevent some or all measurement independently of this setting.
Storage, service provider and contact
Optional analytics is processed through PostHog Cloud EU. Data is kept only for product, content and reliability analysis and should not be retained longer than reasonably needed for those purposes.
